In Flash Mobile I do revamp project for Merchant Portal Backoffice and Official Website. In this project I worked closely with PM to create more efficient workflow for Bussiness Operation Team when they are use this portal. Also we are using Metronic react template for the design system of this project

Design Process

Card sorting task for guide task

I decided to breakdown the main tasks and categories of the Merchant Portal Backoffice with a Card Sorting sessions.

Guiding Questions:

• What is the main purposes of this tasks/project
• What is the most powerfull problems on the existing web
• What is the expected result of this project?

Wireframes (Lo-Fi)

At the beginning of my design process I created wireframes for testing purposes. I tested this wireframes to Product Manager and Business Operation Admin that will be the user of this Backoffice dashboard. For example here's the screenshot from my wireframe to validate that this menu will help the business operations teams a lot to reach their merchant acquiring goals.
